Height Safety Engineers will be running public first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) courses this February in both Sydney and Melbourne.
First Aid and CPR training at Height Safety Engineers provides participants with best practice skills and knowledge to respond to an incident in the workplace or home requiring first aid.
Participants will learn how to apply first aid to a range of common injury types including burns, cuts, bleeding, asthma, anaphylaxis, seizures, bits from spiders or snakes, soft tissue injuries, seizures, eye injuries and more.
The course will also cover managing shock, effective minimisation of hazards to the first aider and others and how to correctly perform CPR.
Upon successful completion of the course and its assessment tasks, the participant will be able to serve as a first aid officer in their workplace or other situation where first aid skills may be needed.
The Height Safety Engineers first aid and CPR training course has been developed with a strong focus on highly practical scenarios drawn from real life experience, and presents participants with realistic situations that require a first aid response.
