  • Our service includes a thorough inspection and then we will notify you of the current status of your system. You will receive a NATA certified Certificate of Compliance if your system does comply and if we find the system is unsafe/non compliant, you will receive a detailed report with photos to help you bring the system back into service.

PPE Inspections

  • All Height Safety PPE inspected whilst on site performing Annual Roof Access Inspection
  • All Height Safety PPE Documented on Equipment Inspection Register
  • All inspections as per AS/NZS 1891.4 Appendix C & D (Legislative Inspection interval for PPE = 6 months)

An Example of a Roof Safety Plan

  • Whole site plans set up whilst conducting annual inspection service
  • Plan will show locations and quantities of all installed equipment such as anchor points and static lines
  • Plan presented in a “marked up” satellite format
  • This is a good option to take if you are looking for a “visual asset register”. The plan can also be factored into a SWMS when planning works which require roof access.
Audit

  • An in-depth site risk analysis including areas which are potentially hazardous and absent systems.
  • A report including a risk matrix, legislative excerpts, rectification proposals and images.
  • A follow up site visit to offer any assistance in interpretation, planning and mitigation of risk.
  • On the phone, in person and digital consults on hazards and legislation.
Health Check

  • An in-depth site risk analysis including areas which are potentially hazardous and absent systems including administrative controls.
  • A report including an executive summary, risk matrix, legislative excerpts, rectification proposals and images.
  • An overall compliance ‘score’ represented in percentage.
  • A follow up site visit to offer any assistance in interpretation, planning and mitigation of risk.

RFVS

  • Retention Funds Validation Service
  • A site visit to ensure a new system (within one year) has been installed compliant to relevant standards .
  • A report including, legislative excerpts, rectification proposals and images which may be used to ensure the installer of the system is providing what was requested. Please note the RFVS, if completed within one year, is generally within retention monies period.
